SEDA Construction Company was the first local home builder to have a “one-stop” design center. Home buyers can choose from the newest styles and design ideas in our 1,900 square foot showroom.

With the assistance of our Design Coordinators, home buyers review their floor plans and make personal selections for their new home’s interior and exterior. Home buyers choose everything from brick and stucco color to cabinets, countertops and flooring, with many options available including pool packages.

You will have a one-on-one meeting with our Design Coordinator to walk you through your personalization experience. Our priorities in assisting you in the personalization of your home is to explain all of the options and choices you have, assist you in selecting the best options and provide the most comfortable, professional service to give you a first-class experience.
