SEDA New Homes Unveils New Amenity Center at Linda Lakes in Clay County

April 2nd, 2018

SEDA New Homes, one of Jacksonville’s largest locally owned and operated home builders, has unveiled their newly completely amenity center in the gated community of Linda Lakes in Clay County.

“Lakeside Park, the social center of Linda Lakes, is a gorgeous three plus acre outdoor amenity center that all of the homeowners will enjoy,” says Linda Semanik, Vice-President of Sales at SEDA New Homes. “There is something for everyone, and with the arrival of spring, it will be a great place for homeowners to gather and meet one another.”

The recreation center includes a beautiful community pool, playground, and a spacious cabana perfect for enjoying the lakefront deck that overlooks one of the community’s scenic lakes. There is also a large recreation field, giving children a place to practice or play soccer, football or lacrosse without having to leave the community.

“Linda Lakes was designed to incorporate family fun activities within the serene, natural setting of the area,” says Semanik. “Even our four-legged family members have a place to run and play at the community Pooch Park.”

Linda Lakes gives residents ample opportunities to get out and enjoy nature, with acres of designated parks and green space and four fully stocked lakes for fishing enthusiasts.

“All home sites were carefully positioned along the many conservation areas and lakes so that our homebuyers can select from either a conservation, park or lakefront lot, giving them the chance to enjoy their own piece of nature,” says Semanik.

SEDA is offering 35 home sites during their initial release. Homebuyers can select from 18 floor plans ranging from 2,000 to over 3,500 square feet. Pricing starts in the upper $200’s.

“Linda Lakes offers security, amenities and quality home construction in one of the fastest growing areas of Northeast Florida” says Semanik.
