SEDA New homes has begun horizontal development work on the Katie Cove community on Starrett Road on Jacksonville’s Northside.
Katie Cove is an upscale, single-family home community that will consist of 35 large, half-acre homesites, of which four will be located on Edwards Creek with views across the marsh to the Fernandina area. Old, majestic oak trees will be throughout the community.
