Where other builders may limit you to just a few choices in flooring or paint colors, for example, you may select from a complete array of finishes, fixtures, materials and more. After arriving for your appointment with our Design Coordinator, you’ll be presented with choices for exterior colors; roof shingle color; window frame and trim color, and more for the exterior of your new home. For the interior, just a few of your choices are cabinets, countertops, and flooring for baths and the kitchen; carpet style and color; wall paint; plumbing fixtures; and lighting fixtures.
