Schedule an appointment
You will meet with our Build on Your Lot specialist to discuss the features that you desire in your new home. Based upon your input, she will show you the floorplans that we offer that will best fit your family’s needs.
Apply for pre loan approval & receive the mortgage approval letter
Any of our preferred lenders will be happy to assist you with the paperwork required to apply for a construction perm loan. They are also available to answer any questions that you may have regarding the process.
Meet on your property
Our Build on Your Lot manager will meet with you on your property to determine what is necessary to make you lot ready for construction.
Sign contract and draw up your plans
You will remeet with our builds on your lot specialist to sign your contract. Once the contract is signed, your house plans will be drawn according to the specifications that you discussed.
Design center appointment for color selections
At this meeting, you will get to choose everything for your new home, from exterior colors to interior selections such as cabinets, flooring, etc.
Close on construction loan
The design center meeting will finalize the purchase price of your home. This figure will be sent to the bank and the construction loan can be closed, at this point, we can begin the homebuilding process.
We build your home
From pulling permits to scheduling inspections, we do it all. Our field specialist is on the job site through every step of construction.
New home orientation
Our field specialist meets with you to personally aquaint you with all of the products and systems in your new home.
Closing appointment & move in!
At this appointment, warranty information is given and the final home acceptance is signed.
