Your Closing Checklist
What is a closing meeting?
A closing meeting is the date you meet with our personal SEDA representative and the closing attorney to sign all paperwork finalizing the closing of your new home. Congratulations, you are now a new SEDA Homeowner.
Items you will need to bring with you to your Closing Meeting:
- Driver’s License
- Insurance Policy
- Cashier’s Check
Things that MUST be completed before your Closing Meeting:
- You MUST have arranged for Homeowners Insurance and for the policy to be delivered to the closing attorney’s office.
- You MUST have completed your final Home Orientation meeting and ALL items must be signed-off.
