The Design Center is where buyers review their home plans with our Design Coordinator. You will make your personal selections for your new home’s interior and exterior, all in the warm and relaxing atmosphere of our 1,900 square foot showroom.

The Design Coordinator will call you within one week to schedule your Home Personalization appointment, after your finalized contract is processed. You will need to schedule your appointment within a couple of weeks to avoid construction delays.
You will review the house placement on the lot, review contract options and how they relate to the floor plan and make all color selections for the interior and exterior of your new home.

Home Personalization appointments will last approximately three hours.
Yes you can, but any changes requested are subject to approval by SEDA Construction Company and will have a charge associated with them. Any change requested will need to be done prior to final contract submission for approval.
