Design the Perfect Interior for Your New Home

During your one-on-one meeting with our Design Coordinator at your Home Personalization appointment, you will be able to make your selections for your home’s exterior and interior finishes. We will discuss your vision for your home, guide you through all of your options, and assist you in making all of your selections. During your session, you will also have the opportunity to speak with our low voltage representative to discuss options such as structured wiring security and home control.

In preparation for your personalization appointment, you may want to consider visiting one of our SEDA communities. If you see a home with a combination of exterior finishes you would like to consider, simply make a note of the address and our Design Coordinator can look up those finishes to assist you in your selections.

To prepare for your appointment, you may also wish to bring home decor items that will be in your new home to aid you in the color selection process.
