With the assistance of our Design Coordinators, home buyers review their floor plans and make personal selections for their new home’s interior and exterior. Home buyers choose everything from brick and stucco color to cabinets, countertops and flooring, with many options available including pool packages.

You will have a one-on-one meeting with our Design Coordinator to walk you through your personalization experience.
