SEDA Wins Gold at 2014 NEFBA Parade of Homes

SEDA New Homes is proud to announce that their newest model home in Isle de Mai on Amelia Island took home the gold at the 2014 NEFBA Parade of Homes.

“The Alicante II is one of our newest floorplans,” says Linda Semanik of SEDA New Homes. “We are very excited that the judges approved of our innovation and design. We were awarded ‘best feature’ for the spectacular kitchen island.”

The judges aren’t the only ones who like SEDA’s newest plan, as it has quickly become one of their top sellers.

The  Alicante II showcases luxurious living on Amelia Island. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, plus study floorplan allows for elegant living with soaring 12’ ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with an abundance of cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances and a large island that seats six.

The kitchen also includes an oven wall tower, 36” cooktop and hood plus oven, subway-tile backsplash, and an alcove with a wine-chiller and wet-bar sink.
