SEDA New Homes Now Selling in Clay County at Linda LakesPosted on 1.5.2017
SEDA New Homes, one of Jacksonville’s largest locally owned and operated home builders, has returned to Clay County with the opening of their newest master planned community, Linda Lakes.
Located in Middleburg, the neighborhood is convenient to the new St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Oakleaf Town Center and can be easily accessed from Interstate 10 by the Cecil Commerce Center Parkway.
Linda Lakes, at completion, will consist of 122 home sites thoughtfully tucked within the natural landscape.
“Each home site will feature either a wooded or lake view” says Linda Semanik of SEDA New Homes. “We want each home to feel like a private oasis for our residents.”
Privacy is only part of what Linda Lakes offers its homeowners. Residents will have the safety of a gated entrance and enjoy four fully stocked lakes and walking trails that wind through acres of designated parks and green space.
Earlier this year, SEDA broke ground at Lakeside Park, the social center of Linda Lakes. Scheduled for completion in August, this area will feature over three acres of amenities including a pool with cabana, children’s playground, recreational ballfield, fishing dock and pavilion.
“There is something for everyone at Linda Lakes” Semanik says. “Even our four-legged residents will enjoy over an acre of designated space in our fully fenced Pooch Park.”
SEDA brought their top designers in for this project, designing new floor plans and elevations specifically for Linda Lakes. Designers focused on open floor plans with plenty of useable space and outdoor living area with large covered lanais and front porch options to fit everyone’s taste.
The Linda Lakes model, the Brisbane II, gives buyers a glimpse of the many options available when choosing their new home. This floor plan showcases over 2,800 sq. ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The gourmet kitchen with butler pantry opens directly into the gathering room creating an extensive space for entertaining. Large sliding glass doors located in the gathering room provide plenty of natural light and lead to an oversized covered lanai.
With the owner’s suite located downstairs, the second floor offers a refuge for the rest of the family. The stairs lead directly into an open rec room, perfect for an office or entertainment area. The three upstairs bedrooms are generously sized to provide ample living space. One bedroom offers a private bath and walk-in closet ideal for a mother-in-law suite or guest room.
“This floor plan is a variation of one of our most popular plans,” said Semanik. “By adding an extra bath and more closet space upstairs, we made the home more versatile for our customers.”
SEDA New Homes has entered the Brisbane II model into the 2017 NEFBA Parade of Homes, which runs April 22nd thru April 30th. During this final weekend of the Parade, visitors can tour the model home and register in the NEFBA drawing to win a free outdoor kitchen valued at up to $5,000.
SEDA is offering 35 home sites during their initial release this spring. Homebuyers can select from 18 floor plans ranging from 2,000 to over 3,500 square feet. Pricing starts in the mid $200’s.
“Linda Lakes offers security, amenities and quality home construction in one of the fastest growing areas of Northeast Florida” says Semanik. “With no CDD fee and low annual HOA dues, this community promises to be a popular option for those seeking something out of the ordinary.”
In addition to Linda Lakes, SEDA builds in other communities located throughout Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties.
If you own property, SEDA is one of the few builders who has a “Build on Your Land” Division dedicated to building one of their floor plans on a personally owned lot.
“For over 35 years, SEDA New Homes has made a commitment to customer satisfaction and to making the experience of purchasing a new home a great one for our customers,” says Semanik. “By striving to be the best, we have grown to be one of the largest locally owned home builders in Northeast Florida.”
