SEDA New Homes, one of Jacksonville’s largest locally owned and operated home builders, has recently unveiled a new model home at Sandy Creek community in St. Johns County.

“The model features all of latest design trends,” says Linda Semanik of SEDA New Homes. “We feel people will enjoy the open floor plan and exceptional features.”

The model home is the Albatera C, which has approximately 2,494 sq. ft. of living space with soaring 10’ ceilings in the main living area and a 3rd car garage. This open concept floorplan features 3-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a study.

“This has proven to be one of our most popular plans,” says Semanik. “Most buyers today enjoy the open floor plan concept and this plan delivers.”

The gourmet kitchen is the heart of this home, with a large island that seats six, an alcove with a bar sink and wine chiller, a cooktop range with a stainless steel hood, a wall oven and stunning granite countertops and a subway  tile backsplash.   The kitchen is open to the gathering room, creating an extensive space for entertaining.  The back wall of the gathering room has large sliding glass doors, allowing an abundance of natural light, and can be opened to the oversized screened lanai.

“Buyers will love the beautiful master bath with a large walk-in shower and a gorgeous vanity area with dual framed mirrors, granite countertops and decorative tile accents,” says Semanik.

SEDA recently released Phase 2B of Sandy Creek, which features large lakefront, conservation and private cul-de-sac home sites. The community is uniquely located adjacent to a pristine 20,000 acre wildlife and conservation area, offering home buyers the chance to live in a tranquil and serene setting with nature.

“When you drive into Sandy Creek, you are surrounded by nature,” says Semanik. “This secluded neighborhood has an abundance of wildlife, including beautiful Sandhill cranes and bald eagles. But the best part is that once you drive out of the community, you are close to everything.”

Sandy Creek is ideally located at CR-210 and I-95, making it easily accessible to Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra Beach.

“Homebuyers love Sandy Creek’s proximity to the fabulous shopping and site-seeing in historic St. Augustine and the world-class golf and beautiful beaches of Ponte Vedra,” says Semanik. “Residents who work in downtown Jacksonville have quick access to I-95 and for those families with children, St. Johns County schools rank among the highest in Florida.”

This newest phase of Sandy Creek offers one and two-story floorplans that range between approximately 2,152 sq. ft. to over 3,000 sq. ft. with elegant interior features such as gorgeous kitchens, open floorplans with large gathering rooms and opulent owner’s suites and baths.

“With prices starting from the low $300’s, Sandy Creek offers a tremendous value for your money,” says Semanik. “The community has low HOA dues, no CDD fees, a community dog park and a children’s playground, which is a great spot to socialize with neighbors.”

For those homebuyers needing to move quickly, Sandy Creek has many Pre-Selected Designer Homes under construction that can close quickly.

If you prefer choosing everything for your new home, such as the homesite, the floorplan and the options, you can save thousands during SEDA’s Now Is The Time Sales Event, which runs through the end of the month. During this promotion, those building in Sandy Creek will receive $5,000 in builder selection options plus up to $7,000 toward total closing costs, for a total savings of up to $12,000.

In addition to building in this community, SEDA New Homes also builds in 7 other communities located throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas, including Duval, Nassau and Clay counties, and they are one of the few homebuilders who will build their floor plan on your land.

The Sandy Creek model center is located at 28 Spring Creek Way, St. Augustine, Florida 32095. To get to the community from Jacksonville, take I-95 South to County Road 210 East.   Once you go under the I-95 overpass, the entrance to Sandy Creek will be immediately on your right.
