SEDA New Homes Honored at NEFBA Parade of Homes

SEDA New Homes was honored at the 2024 NEFBA Parade of Homes banquet held on May 30th. SEDA entered two of their model homes and won gold for both, which is the highest level awarded.

The NEFBA Parade of Homes is a prestigious event that celebrates the best in home design and quality construction.

SEDA entered their Waylon model home in Weston Woods, a new single-family home community located in West Jacksonville. Homes in Weston Woods start from the mid $300s and include features such as paver driveway, granite kitchen countertops, Quartz countertops in the bathrooms, James Hardie™ Statement CollectionTM siding on all sides with ColorPlus® Technology, and tile flooring in the main living areas just to name a few.

SEDA also entered the Albatera model home in Sandy Ridge in the NEFBA Parade of Homes. Sandy Ridge is a new gated community located in Nassau County with homes starting in the $500s which include luxurious features that today’s homebuyers seek.
