Horizontal development has begun at Katie Cove on the Northside

SEDA New homes has begun horizontal development work on the Katie Cove community on Starrett Road on Jacksonville’s Northside.

Katie Cove is an upscale, single-family home community that will consist of 35 large, half-acre homesites, of which four will be located on Edwards Creek with views across the marsh to the Fernandina area. Old, majestic oak trees will be throughout the community.

Convenient to I-95 and I-295, it will be close to shopping, the River City Marketplace, medical facilities, and more.

SEDA will offer houses from 2,188 to 3,083 square feet with upgraded features.
