Horizontal development has begun at Sandy Bluff in Nassau County
SEDA New homes has begun horizontal development work in the community of Sandy Bluff, a PUD of single-family homes tucked away along the Bells River in Nassau County.
Sandy Bluff is an upscale, gated community that will consist of 100 large homesites, of which six will be located on the river with spectacular marsh and river views and lot depths of 200 to 300 ft. Old, majestic oak trees will be throughout the community.
Located on Roses Bluff Road, the community will be convenient to A1A, and close to I-95, shopping, entertainment, medical facilities, Amelia Island, historic downtown Fernandina and more.
Residents will enjoy the community’s 30-foot wide community pathway that starts at the top of the bluff, approximately 25 feet above the Bell’s River, and meanders to a 250-foot boardwalk crossing over the marsh, culminating with a 900 square foot landing at the water’s edge. There will also be a 5-acre central park which will include a playfield, pavilion, fenced dog park and a natural walking trail.
Take Your Dog to Work Day
SEDA New Homes, one of Jacksonville’s largest locally owned home builders, celebrated Take Your Dog to Work Day on September 23rd with many happy, wagging tails that brightened everyone’s day.
“Our dogs, Callie, Sasha and Rob Roy, are a big part of our family,” says Linda Semanik, Vice-President of Sales at SEDA New Homes. “We wanted our SEDA family of employees to enjoy spending the day with their furry family members.”
The addition of 6 wagging tales made TGIF even more of a happy occasion.
“Dogs have always had a special place in our heart,” says Semanik. “We know they are an important part of everyone’s family, so if our employees need to bring their dog to work to care for them, we allow that.”
Over the years, the Semanik family has shown their love for canine companions by rescuing dozens of dogs and giving them a forever home.
In addition to their passion for animals, the Semaniks’ passion for building exceptional homes is evident by their outstanding reputation as one of Northeast Florida’s top home builders.
For six years in a row, SEDA New Homes was voted Best Local Home Builder in the Bold City Best competition.
“We are so honored to have won this prestigious award,” says Semanik. “We appreciate our SEDA family of homeowners and all who took the time to vote for us.”
For over 40 years, SEDA New Homes has made a commitment to customer satisfaction and to making the experience of purchasing a new home a great one for their customers.
By striving to be the best, SEDA New Homes has grown to be one of the largest locally owned home builders in the Jacksonville area.
